Framing: Professional headshot, shoulders up, with your face as the focal point. No full-body, cropped group photos, or heavy filters.
Shape/Crop: Square format (1:1 aspect ratio) -- your photo will display as a square on the website, so crop accordingly before submitting.
Minimum Size: 800 x 800 pixels (1200 x 1200 recommended for best clarity)
File Type: JPEG or PNG

Resolution: High-resolution, 300 dpi preferred (especially if used in print materials)
